Instructions
  1. Heat a pan and put our brinjal on it. use low flame
  2. Pour some oil on it
  3. When every side of the brinjal gets heated
  4. Peel off the skin frofrom brinjal
  5. Crush it well
  6. Heat a pan and pour oil when its hot.
  7. Put onion to the oil
  8. Stir well and add garlic on it
  9. When its saluted well put all the powders and salt to it.
  10. Pour tomato
  11. Stir well
  12. Pour the crushed brinjal on it
  13. Stir well and put green chillies on it
  14. Stir well and close the pan and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get cooked
  15. Transfer to the serving dish
