Baked Baby Potato In Olive Presto
Baked baby potatoes topped with olive presto and sour
cream

To make presto sauce:
Green olives – 3/4 cup(de
seeded), de
1

Pine nuts/Chilgoza

cloves
Garlic
thinly sliced

Onion
finely chopped, small

cup
Olive
oil
Instructions
For preparing baked baby
potato
in olive presto, first heat
oil
in a pan and toss the baby potatoes with required
salt
.
Transfer the baby potatoes onto a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200ªC for 30 minutes. Cool and keep aside.
Now make the presto sauce by blending together the sauce ingredients : green olives, pine nuts,
garlic
,
onion
and olive
oil
.
Cut in cross shape on top of each
potato
, squeeze carefully to open and top with olive presto and sour
cream
.
Baby
potato
in olive presto, is ready to serve.
