  • Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan and dry roast the spices till aroma comes out. Add chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Grind the spices and make a paste. Make slits on the chicken pieces. Marinate chicken drumsticks with the ground paste and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Arrange it in the baking pan and bake in 425 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with butter naan/chappathi.
