  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • garlic(chopped) - 8 cloves
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
  • Pasta sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon sticks - 2 nos
  • Rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • Onion - 1 no

Instructions
  1. For preparing baked chicken in tomato sauce, first prick chicken pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil, lime juice, half of garlic, corn flour and thime.
  3. Bake it in oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes.
  4. Mean while heat pan, add oil. Fry garlic, onion till light color.
  5. Add tomato puree, pasta sauce, cinnamon sticks and rosemary.
  6. Sprinkle pepper at last.
  7. Add required water to it. Keep sauce aside.
  8. When the chicken is done, remove from oven. Pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Baked chicken in tomato sauce is ready. Serve hot.
