Instructions
  1. For preparing baked fish fingers, marinate the fish fingers by mixing together the lemon juice, fish sauce, turmeric and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry lightly the fish fingers. Remove from fire and allow to cool.
  3. Mix the flour with 1 tbsp of water and dip the fish fingers in it and dust with the bread crumbs.
  4. Place the fish fingers in a greased baking tray and cook in a 200 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Baked fish fingers is ready . Serve as a starter with some sauce.
