Instructions
  1. For preparing baked lemon chicken, first make slits on the chicken.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Add lime juice and keep it for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic. Place chicken breast and shallow fry it.
  5. Take the chicken pieces and place it on a baking tray.
  6. Pour the excess oil on top of chicken.
  7. Cover it with foil to retain the moisture.
  8. Cook it in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  9. While chicken is cooked, heat the pan and add little oil.
  10. Fry the mixed vegetables, paprika, pepper and salt.
  11. Add chicken broth and cook it.
  12. When it becomes semi thick gravy, remove from flame.
  13. Remove chicken from oven when done.
  14. Pour the vegetable gravy above the chicken and serve hot.
  15. Baked lemon chicken is ready.
