Baked Nippattu
Baked Nippattu as they are referred to, are common in Bangalore bakeries. They are basically savory cookies, flat and circular in shape with dominant flavoring of baked onion and chillies. They are salty as well as spicy at the same time and the taste is just divine.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Maida / wheat i used wheat
- 1/4 cup Warm water
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 4 tsp White sesame seeds
- 1 big Onion
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Coriander leaves handful
- Curry leaves Few
