  • Blend together cheese and butter to a smooth cream.
  • Stir in maida and a pinch of salt into the butter mixture and blend well.Add spinach.
  • Roll out small balls out of this dough and stuff each ball with an olive.
  • Repeat same procedure with remaining balls.
  • Arrange the olive balls in a baking dish and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees in a preheated oven.
  • Baked olives, a yummy as well as nutritious tea-time snack is ready.
