Baked Olives

Maida flour mixed with grated cheese, other ingredients and rolled out into small balls after refrigeration. These olive balls are finally baked with a green olive stuffed inside.

Instructions
  1. For preparing baked olives, mix together maida flour, cheese, mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the melted butter and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Make small balls out of the chilled dough and press a deep hole in the center.
  4. Stuff each ball with an olive and seal well. Spread out the olive balls on a greased tray.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown in color. Turn in between to avoid burning.
  6. Baked olives, a yummy as well as nutritional snack, is ready.
