Instructions
  1. in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water and carom seed
  2. make a dough
  3. heat the ghee in the pan and saute the finely chopped ginger and garlic
  4. add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it turn into golden brown
  5. add salt and pepper and mix well
  6. add cubed paneer and mix well
  7. add coriander leaves, mix it and turn off the flame
  8. from a dough take small ball and roll it
  9. take knife and divide into two
  10. take that half portion and roll it like cone
  11. stuff the paneer masala and cover it
  12. in a oven tray greeze the oil
  13. apply the oil for samosa
  14. keep the samosa in a tray and bake for 30 mins
  15. now baked paneer samosa is ready to serve
