/avoli pieces cooked with a ground mixture in a microwave oven

Coriander powder

Coriander leaves

Turmeric powder
A pinch

Coriander leaves

Oil

Lime juice

Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing baked
pomfret
, clean, wash and make 3 or slits on fish.
Mix together
salt
, lemon juice and
turmeric powder
. Marinate the fish in this mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Now grind all the other ingredients together: red chilly powder,
ginger
,
garlic
,
fennel seeds
powder, coriander power,
oil
,
onion
,
tomato
,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Spread evenly the ground masala over the fish.
Place the fish in an aluminium foil and wrap finely.
Cook the fish in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or till done.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
