Instructions
  1. For preparing baked pomfret, clean, wash and make 3 or slits on fish.
  2. Mix together salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Marinate the fish in this mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Now grind all the other ingredients together: red chilly powder, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds powder, coriander power,oil, onion, tomato, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Spread evenly the ground masala over the fish.
  5. Place the fish in an aluminium foil and wrap finely.
  6. Cook the fish in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or till done.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
  8. A healthy , tasty and easy to prepare baked fish recipe with pomfret is ready.
