Saute for a minute.Now add the cooked vegetables, garam masala, chilly powder, tumeric powder, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Combine well.Transfer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish and pour the tomato puree over it.Sprinkle grated paneer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a 200 degrees preheated oven.Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.Baked vegetables with paneer, a healthy, tasty and nutritious dish is ready.
