Baked Vegetables With Paneer
Mixed vegetables, paneer and other ingredients are mixed and baked together

green peas

Paneer
grated
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tsp

Onion
chopped

tbsp
Capsicum
chopped

Tomato
chopped

tsp
Chilly powder
1

Green chilly
chopped

Tomato
puree
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1
spring
Curry leaves
Garam masala
powder
A pinch
Tumeric powder
A pinch

tbsp
Coriander leaves
1
tbsp
Cream

tsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing baked vegetables with paneer, sautT the chopped
onion
in hot
oil
for a minute.
When the
onion
is transparent, add chopped
capsicum
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste, green chilly and
tomato
. Saute for a minute.
Now add the cooked vegetables,
garam masala
, chilly powder, tumeric powder,
curry leaves
,
pepper powder
and
salt
. Combine well.
Transfer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish and pour the
tomato
puree over it.
Sprinkle grated paneer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a 200 degrees preheated oven.
Garnish with coriander leaves and
cream
.
Baked vegetables with paneer, a healthy, tasty and nutritious dish is ready.
