Bakery Chicken Cutlet

These are simply the round shaped cutlets with Chicken and potatoes which are coated in bread crumbs and fried in oil.Spicy Bakery style cutlets are a favourite tea time snack that can be easily prepared in our home,we just require a little bit free time to prepare.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste,saute till the onion turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add chopped green chilly, all masalas and mashed potatoes.mix wellsp.ylp
  3. Add shredded chicken,chopped coriander leaves and combine well.Turn off the flame.
  4. Knead it well with your hand.
  5. Shape it into half inch size flat cutlets.
  6. Dip the cutlets in beaten egg
  7. Cover it in bread crumbs.
  8. Again dip each cutlets in egg and bread crumbs so that the each cutlets have a thich coating with bread crumbs.
  9. Heat oil in a kadai and fry each cutlets until nice brown in colour.
  10. Tasty Bakery style cutlet is ready now.
Recipe Notes

1.Cook the chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric powder and salt as required.
2.Cook the potatoes with salt as required
