  • Sugar(can easily reduce to 3/4 cup) - 1 cup
  • Egg(beaten) - 1 no
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt(A pinch) -
  • All(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup) -

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ªF (175ªC).
  2. With a wooden spoon, mix butter and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in egg, and vanilla.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour last and mix.
  6. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Cool on a rack.
  9. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
  10. Tips;- 1)I use the regular bananas we get here in USA. I think its kind of a robust variety.
