Banana Cake - Easy Cake
Easy banana cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
- 100 g Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups Over ripe bananas any variety of banana, mashed
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160c. Grease an 8 inch cake pan.
- Stir with a spoon till well combined.
- Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture. Pour the wet ingredients into it and mix with a spoon till thoroughly combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for an hour until risen and golden brown.
