  • Granulated sugar - 100 g
  • Butter(melted) - 100 g
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice(Of one lemon) -

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a medium sized cake pan.
  2. In a clean bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add lemon juice and sugar and combine well.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Add baking powder, essence and flour.
  4. Add the melted butter and stir with a spoon till just combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for an hour, until risen and golden brown. When cool dust it with icing sugar. Enjoy
