Instructions
  1. Cut bananas into small pieces
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry bananas until it becomes light brown in color
  3. Add grated coconut,sugar,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder into it.fry it again for 3-4 minutes
  4. Yummy pazham varattiyadhu is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
