Instructions
  1. For preparing banana custard with vanilla, first add 1 cup water and sugar to the banana pieces.
  2. Cook the banana pieces in medium flame stirring now and then. Remove the vessel from flame when the banana pieces are done.
  3. Whisk the egg and mix with milk. Pour the milk mixture into the banana mix.
  4. Cook the banana mix in very low fire till it attains a thick consistency. Remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  5. Flavour banana custard with vanilla essence and serve.
