Instructions
  1. Slice the banana along with its skin and boil it in water.
  2. Drain the water and peel the banana. Either mash it with a spoon or grind it in a traditional stone or you can also use a mixer grinder.
  3. Make cutlettes of desired shape. Dip it in egg white and then cover it in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in kadai and fry the cutlette on both sides till it turns light brown in colour.
  5. Serve it as an evening snack.
