Yummy curry made with
banana
,
black gram
and
coconut
.

Black gram
Uzhunnuparippu
Curry leaves
A sprig

tsp
Mustard seeds
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
cup
Grated
coconut
5
nos
Grated chillies
4
tbsp
Oil
1/2
cup
Curd
1/2
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Cook the
black gram
or dal.
Add
water
and boil it again along with
banana
pieces.
Add
turmeric
,
salt
,
coconut
, chillies and cumin mixed in curd. Keep it at simmer.
Season it with fried
curry leaves
,
mustard seeds
, broken chillies and
black gram
dal.
Fry a little of the grated
coconut
until golden brown and add it to the above mix.
:- Serve hot.
