Ingredients

Banana
: 5 nos
Egg
: 3 nos
Coconut
: 1 cup
Chopped
dates
: 10 or 12
dates
Chopped almonds : 10 or 12 almonds
Sugar
: 1 cup
Elaichi powder : one pinch
Ghee
: as reqd
Oil
: for frying
Instructions
Take a pan and pour some
ghee
in it.
Break each
egg
and put them in pan.Stir Continually.
Add
sugar
and keep on stirring.
After some time add
coconut
to it and continue stirring.
Add
dates
and almonds to it and stir them.
Put a pinch of
cardamom
powder over it. And off the stove.
Now take a
banana
and cut the center of it.
Put the mixture into it.
Do this for all the bananas.
Take a bowl of flour.
Put a pinch of
salt
and some
sugar
in flour. Add some
water
and mix them to make a thick texture.
Spread the flour mixture over the bananas.
Fry them in
oil
.
Cut it into pieces and serve hot.
