  • vazhaipoo/ banana flower 1 cup -
  • Curd : 1/2 cup -
  • Chopped Onion : 1 cup -
  • chopped green chilli 3 -
  • Turmeric : 1/2 tsp -
  • roasted gram flour 2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Maida : 1 tsp -
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp -
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp -
  • Oil to fry -
  • chopped coriander and curry leaves 2 tsp. -

Instructions
  1. soak the banana flower / vazhaipoo in curd for 1 hour
  2. grind and make fine paste the banana flower / vazhaipoo
  3. in bowl add banana flower paste, onion, green chilli,curry leaves, coriander, roasted gram flour, turmeric, salt, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
  4. mix well and make dough
  5. from dough make small balls
  6. heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls
  7. banana flower / vazhaipoo kola is ready
