Melt the grated jagerry with required water and keep it aside.
Mix both the flours together, add the jaggery syrup, mashed bananas, salt and mix well to make a batter. (Add water if needed ).The batter should be thicker than the idli batter.
Slice the kerala bananas (etha pazham ) into thin pieces. Dip the sliced bananas in the batter.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bananas until both sides become golden brown colour. Drain the excess oil and serve hot.
