Banana Puttu - Simple Dish

Ingredients

Banana
peeled and chopped, Vazhakka
1

Onion
2
nos
Green chillies
1
no
Red chillies
Kollamulaku
3
tbsp
Grated
coconut
1/2
tbsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
Curry leaves
As reqd
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Fenugreek
Uluva
1
tbsp
Oil
Instructions
Cut
banana
,
onion
, chillies and
curry leaves
into very small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a plate except red chilly.
Heat 1 tsp of
oil
in a pan.
Add fenugeek and red chilly.
When red chilly turns brown, add the above mixture and close with a lid.
Cook, till done.
:- Serve as a side dish for rice.
