this is my new try which come out well. its good for health too. more vegetable and banana are added in this recipe.

  • Rice noodles(idiyappam) - 1 cup
  • Banana - 1 large
  • Mixed vegetable - 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom - 4 pods
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Oil - 2 tblsp

Instructions
  1. peel and cut banana and toss with oil
  2. In a pan add oil and add all vegetables .saute well
  3. Now add mushroom and toss for 5 seconds and add salt and pepper
  4. Now add rice noodles(idiyappam). mix well
  5. Now add tossed banana and mix well and turn off
  6. Now its ready to serve Banana Rice Noodles
