2 nos Banana (cut into small pieces)1 no Egg1 cup Coconut (grated)3 tbsp Sugar1/2 tsp Cardamon powder (Elakka)2 tbsp GheeCashew nuts (As reqd) Take a pan and pour ghee. Add banana pieces and saute.Keep stirring until golden yellow in color.Now add the egg and blend it nicely with banana pieces.When egg is cooked, add grated coconut and sugar and stir for 5 minutes.Add cashew nuts and cardamon powder.
