2 nos Banana ripe4 tbsp Coccunut (grated)2 tbsp Sugar1 tbsp Cashew nuts (crushed)1 tbsp Kismiss2 tbsp GheeElaichi powder (a pinch) Cut the bananas in small cubes.In a pan add ghee,add cashews and kissmiss and fry it.To the above add grated cocunut and when it become golden colour add banana.When the banana is partially cooked add sugar and elaichi powder.Cook untill it is completly roasted.:- Garnish with grated coccunut and nuts..serve hot!!!
