Banana Thoran
An easy way to cook banana thoran
Ingredients
- 4 nos Raw bananas
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Grated coconut
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 piece Ginger optional
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 nos Whole red chillies Kollamulaku
- Curry leaves A few
- Oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
- Add mustard, whole red chillie, and curry leaves.
- Add the cooked banana and all the crushed ingredients and fry well.
- Add salt according to taste.
- :- Enjoy.
