Banana toffee is a classic and delicious dessert with sliced bananas coated with condensed milk biscuit mixture. These easy and yummy dessert is the best for this festive occasions.
For preparing base:
1)Blend well the biscuits with melted butter. Press it firmly to the base of your dish.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

For preparing toffee:
1)Without opening the condensed milk can, boil it in water (completely submerged) for 2 hours.
Then after cooling the tin, refrigerate(don`t open the can). You can prepare this a few days ahead.
Just before serving, you can start to assemble your banana toffee.ß
Open the can of refrigerated condensed milk and using a butter knife, spread the toffee all over the prepared biscuit base. If you like sweeter, then use more toffee.

5)On top of the toffee, cover completely with sliced bananas.
On top of bananas, cover with fresh cream or whipped cream.

7)Finally, sprinkle toasted almond flakes all over. Banana toffee is ready!
