Instructions
  1. For preparing base: 1)Blend well the biscuits with melted butter. Press it firmly to the base of your dish.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. ß For preparing toffee: 1)Without opening the condensed milk can, boil it in water (completely submerged) for 2 hours.
  3. Then after cooling the tin, refrigerate(don`t open the can). You can prepare this a few days ahead.
  4. Just before serving, you can start to assemble your banana toffee.ß
  5. Open the can of refrigerated condensed milk and using a butter knife, spread the toffee all over the prepared biscuit base. If you like sweeter, then use more toffee. ß 5)On top of the toffee, cover completely with sliced bananas.
  6. On top of bananas, cover with fresh cream or whipped cream. ß 7)Finally, sprinkle toasted almond flakes all over. Banana toffee is ready!
