4 nos Ripe bananas200 g All purpose flour (Maida)100 g Sugar4 nos Cardamom (Elakka)1 tsp Baking powderWater (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Mash bananas completely.Add sugar to mashed bananas. Mix it.Add white flour, baking powder and ground cardamoms to the above mix and stir well.Add enough water to get consistency thicker than dosa batter.Heat oil in a kadai.Take a little dough using a tablespoon and drop it in medium hot oil.When the vada becomes golden brown, remove from the oil.Serve it when it is cool.
