Instructions
  1. For preparing besan ladoo, roast the basen in a thick bottomed vessel.
  2. Let the roasted basen cool.
  3. Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts and cardamom to the roasted basen and mix well.
  4. Add hot ghee to the mixture. Mix well and make small balls out of the mixture.
  5. Basen ladoo is ready. Serve hot.
