Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Maida
  • 2 tbsp Fat Butter/Dalda
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt As reqd
  • Vegetable Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with sufficient water in order to make a soft and smooth dough.
  • Kneed it well for 5-10 minutes. Keep it covered and allow it to stand for 4-5 hrs.
  • Make it into balls and roll out into circles and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Yummy battura is ready and enjoy.
