Ingredients
  

  • 7 nos Ripe peaches
  • 3 nos Jelly tablets soaked in water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juices
  • 150 g Single cream cold
  • 50 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing bavarian mousse, peel 6 peaches and remove the seed. Puree it in a blender.
  • Add lemon juice, jelly tablets and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.
  • Whip the cream until fluffy.
  • Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.
  • Cut the remaining peach into slices and put it on top of the mousse.
  • Bavarian mousse is ready. Decorate with mint leaves and serve chilled.
