Instructions
  1. Cut beans into small pieces.
  2. Cook them along with turmeric powder and salt, until half done.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a kadai or a pan.
  4. When it starts to splutter, add the half cooked long beans and chillies and simmer, until it turn dry.
  5. :- Serve with rice and curd or any gravy.
  6. :- You can also use green banana, yam, potatoes and carrots and make mezhukkupuratti in the same way.
  7. :- Similarly, bitter gourd, ladies finger and brinjal can be used. If using these veg, do not cook it in water.
