1 cup Beaten rice (Aval)1/2 cup Corn flourJaggery syrup (As reqd, Sharkara)3 cups Coconut milkSago/Tapioca pearls (cooked, Chowwary)Cashew nuts, raisins, coconut slices (fried in ghee)Cardamompowder (As reqd, Elakka)3 tbsp Ghee For preparing beaten rice corn flour sweet, roast beaten rice in ghee.Add corn flour and jaggery syrup. Fry well.Then add coconut milk and allow it to boil.Mix in chowari, cashew nuts, raisins, coconut slices and cardamom powder. Mix well. Remove from the flame.Beaten rice corn flour sweet is ready.
