Instructions
  1. For preparing beef 65, first marinate beef with salt, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and chilly powder.
  2. Keep it for 1 hour.
  3. Pressure cook the beef. Drain the full water.
  4. Mix gram flour, rice flour, pepper, color and 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Mix well with some water and keep it(use very little water.)
  6. Dip the beef pieces in the gram flour mix and fry it in oil.
  7. Drain and keep aside.
  8. In a pan, heat the fried oil. Add the green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Immediately add the fried beef. Squeeze lime juice on top.
  9. Beef 65 is ready.
