Instructions
  1. For preparing beef -kathrikka cutlet, first cook brinjal in water and cut into half.
  2. Cook beef by adding required salt and water. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  4. Add cooked beef and turmeric powder.
  5. Scoop the flesh out of the brinjal and add with the beef.
  6. Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  7. Fill this mixture inside the brinjal.
  8. Dip the brinjal into egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  9. Place it in a baking tray and bake it till it gets golden brown in color.
  10. Beef brinjal cutlet is ready.
