  • Egg yolk - 1 no
  • Onion(chopped, medium) - 1 no
  • Parsley(chopped) - 30 gm

  • Burger Bun - 4 nos

Instructions
  1. Put ground beef into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped parsley, onion to the ground beef and mix together.
  3. Add the egg yolk and mix well.
  4. Add seasoning.
  5. Break mix into 4 equal sized balls and on a flat surface pat the balls into round flat circles.
  6. Keep in freezer for atleast 12 hrs in order to make it firm.
  7. Preheat a little butter in a pan.
  8. Gently fry burgers on both sides until cooked through.
  9. Cut the burger from middle and toast the inside.
  10. Spread a little butter/mayonise/ketchup on inside of the bun.
  11. While warm add the burger.
  12. :- Serve with french fries and salad.
