Instructions
  1. Grind the onion
  2. Make the ginger garlic in to a paste
  3. Take a pan and add coriander seeds, cinnamon , cumin seeds, perum jeerakam ,pepper, clove , cardamom .
  4. Sauté it well and then add the red chilly flakes to it ,when the spices and chilly gets nicely roasted
  5. Then keep it for cool and then put this in to the blender.
  6. Mean while clean the beef and take it in a bowl.
  7. When the spices cooled grind it well.
  8. Then add turmeric powder,the grinded masala , ginger garlic paste, onion paste and salt.
  9. Mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes
  10. After 30 minutes
  11. Heat a pressure cooker
  12. Add oil and when its hot pour the beef and tomato to it
  13. Add 1 sliced onion to it
  14. Stir well and close the pressure cooker and wait for 6 to 7 whistles.
  15. Then open the cooker
  16. Our beef chaps is ready add coriander leaves.
  17. Transfer to the serving dish .
