Instructions
  1. Marinate the beef in red chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt as required.cook it in a pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles.
  2. Mince the cooked beef and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add crushed ginger ,garlic and curry leaves.
  4. Then add sliced onion and saute for few minutes.finally add minced beef,chopped coriander leaves and combine well.
  5. Turn off the flame and keep it ready.
  6. Whisk 3 eggs with 1/2 tsp pepper powder and requires salt.dip a chappathi in the egg mixture and place it on a greased saucepan as a first layer.Spread the beef filling evenly over the chappathi.
  7. Dip the second crepe in the egg, place it over the Beef filling.R repeat the process till 6 chappathis,the top layer should be a chappathi.If you have beaten eggs remaining, pour it over the top crepe layer.Drizzle with 2 tbsp of ghee over the top layer. Cover the pan with its lid and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook till the bottom layer has turned light golden in color..flip it over and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Spicy and delicious Beef chattipathiri is ready now.
