Cubed beef is marinated for an hour with gingergarlic paste, roasted masala powders and other spicy ingredients. Marinated beef is pressure cooked with enough water. In a hot kadai pour enough coconut oil and fry onion, coconut slices and other ingredients. Stir in cooked beef with gravy into the kadai and slow roast the mixture until beef is dry and browned.
