Beef Fry - Mouth Watering
Yummy beef fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef
- 2 nos Onion
- 1 big Ginger
- 10 nos Garlic
- 4 nos Green chilli
- 3 nos Curry leves
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean the beef well and dry well.
- Add green chilli, ginger, garlic (5nos), curry leves,chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook beef in a pressure cooker.
- Add cooked beef with it and fry well.
