Beef Kuruma (Korma) in Naadan Preparation is a delicious veggie rich satisfying dish best opted for weekend days. The spicy coconut gravy imparts thickness and wonderful flavor to the curry. Beef Korma in Naadan Preparation pairs well with idiyappam, appam, puttu, pathiri, ghee rice, upma… almost anything you can dream of. Sliced beef is cooked with veggies and spices until beef pieces are done. Ground coconut mixture is added to the cooked beef. Instructions
  1. Cut the veggies.
  2. Cook the veggies and beef in one cup water with salt and garam masala.
  3. Grind coconut with water as required and mix it with cooked veggies and beef.
  4. Add pepper powder, coriander leaves and boil it for 5 minutes.
  5. Saute dry red chilly, shallots and curry leaves in oil. Mix it in kuruma.
  6. Serve it with ghee rice.
