Wait for 5 to 6 whistles and when its cooked, turn off the flame.
Then marinate the beef(keep the beef stock we need this for our gravy) using cornflour, maida, chilly sauce, soya sauce and egg. Keep it for 20 minutes.
Then heat a pan, add oil and when its hot start frying our beef.
When its brown take it out.
And keep in a plate or casserole.
Then heat the same pan or take another and add oil and add ginger, garlic and green chilly sliced to it, saute it well and then add onion to it.
