For preparing beef/mattu kari/danda mamsa fry in nadan style, first grind the ingredients: chilly powder, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, shallots and garlic to a fine paste.
Take a pressure cooker and heat oil. Saute the ground masala paste and add the drained beef pieces, curry leaves, vinegar, required salt and enough water to cook.
Cook until the beef is properly cooked. Remember to dry off all excess water.
Take a frying pan and heat ghee and oil. Fry the sliced shallots and curry leaves. Stir in cooked beef masala and saute in medium heat until the beef is crisp and browned.
Beef/mattu kari/danda mamsa fry in nadan style is ready. Serve hot.
