Instructions
  1. Marinate the cleaned beef with the ingredients from ginger / garlic paste to meat masala along with salt and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Pressure cook the beef on high flame till the first whistle comes out. Then cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes.Once the Pressure drops , Open The Cooker And Cook On Low Flame Till The Gravy Is Dried Completely.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan , fry onions and add (1/2 tsp coriander and chilli powder )(optional ), sauté it. Then add chopped tomato,green chilli, curry leaves/ coriander leaves and salt, mix it well till it becomes soft.
  4. After that add the cooked beef and stir well until it becomes dark brown colour.
  5. Enjoy the beef roast with rices/chapati, porottas/puries/appam.
