Ingredients

2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
500 ml Beef stock remaining beef stock after cooking the beef
2 tbsp Fresh cream
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
Parsley As reqd
1/2 tsp Mustard powder
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing beef stock sauce, heat the same pan in which the beef is roasted.
Mix the flour and some beef stock in it without forming any lumps.
Add the remaining ingredients to it and stir in flame for 1-2 minutes.
Take it from flame and serve the beef stock sauce hot with the beef fry.
