Instructions
  1. For preparing beef swiss rolls, cook the minced beef in salt water and drain it.
  2. Beat eggs till it becomes frothy.
  3. Add in sugar, salt, pepper powder and milk. Beat it again till all the ingredients combine.
  4. Toss in the shredded lettuce.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture evenly.
  6. Spread the cooked mince.
  7. As the egg begins to set, roll it up and remove it from the flame.
  8. Beef swiss rolls are ready. Cut it and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
