Ingredients: 2 lbs Ground beef; 1 no Onion (big); 1 no Tomato; Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tsp); 2 sprigs Curry leaves; 1 tsp Chilly powder; 2 tbsp Coriander powder; 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp Fennel powder (Perinjeerakam); 1 tsp Meat masala (Garam masala); 1 cup Coconut milk; 3 tbsp Oil (Coconut oil); Salt (As reqd)

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef
1 no Onion big
1 no Tomato
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
2 sprigs Curry leaves
1 tsp Chilly powder
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Fennel powder Perinjeerakam
1 tsp Meat masala Garam masala
1 cup Coconut milk
3 tbsp Oil Coconut oil
Salt As reqd

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan.
Saute onion and ginger-garlic pste till onion turns light brown or translucent.
Add curry leaves.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder and fry well.
Add finely chopped tomato and saute well.
Add a little water and coconut milk.
Add salt.
Take the meat and roll it into small balls and drop them into the curry.
Let the meat balls cook.
:- Add little more water if necessary.
Once the meat is done, open the lid and cook for another 5 mins or until the gravy thickens.
:- Serve hot with chappathis or pooris.
