Beetroot Cutlet is a delicious, colorful and healthy snack. These are spicy and crispy patties prepared with beets, potatoes and essential spices. The tikkis are dark pinkish in texture and the color is inherited from the beetroot.   • For preparing the delicious cutlet, first grate the beetroot. Boil and cook the potatoes and remove the skin. Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard. Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Stir beetroot in it.
  • Add cumin powder, garam masala and aumchur powder with required salt.
  • Mash potatoes and add to this .
  • Make small patties, dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in a tawa and serve.
  • Delicious cutets are ready.
