Instructions
  1. temper oil with mustard, add onion, ginger garlic paste.
  2. stir beetroot in it.
  3. add cumin powder ,garam masala and aumchur powder with salt
  4. mash potatoes and add to this .
  5. make small patties and shallow fry in a tawa and serve.
